Inner Bevel

Step 1 Step 1:

Open a new Image with a width of about 150 and height of 100. And a white Background.

Type in the text of your choice. Render the layer so you can change the way it looks (Layer > Type > Render Layer).

Now select the layer. (HINT: You can ctrl+click the text layer)

Step 2:

With the layer still selected goto (Filter > Blur > Gaussian)

Use a radius of about 1

Step 3:

Now with the layer still selected go to (Filter > Render > Lighting Effects) and use the same settings shown below.


Final:

Your final text should look something like this.

You can also add a drop shadow for a better effect.
