Frames
Frames enable you to create documents with multiple windows and in
doing so, open the odor for an entirely new way to publish on the web. They can be used
for permanent headers and footers and menubars.
Footer Frame: > Back > Top
This frameset has a smaller frame at the bottom of the page and the larger one at the
top and allows you to place the content in the larger one and use the bottom for
navigation and such.
ex:
footer.htm
<html>
<head>
<title>Footer example</title>
</head>
<frameset rows="*,64">
<frame name="main" src="footer1.htm">
<frame name="footer" scrolling="no" noresize
target="main" src="footer2.htm">
<noframes>
<body>
<p>This page uses frames, but your browser doesn't support them.</p>
